A non-refundable deposit of £50 must be paid at the time of booking with the balance (£245) before receipt of the completed edit. See here for payment methods.
Terms and Conditions
Northill Video Productions [the Editor(s)] agree to edit the files supplied to them together with the clients’ choice of music, still photographs and/or other video recordings to create an edited recording.
The edited product will normally be available a maximum of 6 weeks after the date of receipt but often earlier.
Force Majeure: the performance of this contract is subject to alteration or cancellation by the Editor(s) owing to any cause beyond their control. In the event of total failure of the editing Equipment or ancillary accessories, or cancellation of the contract by the Editor(s), liability shall be limited to a full refund of all monies paid. This limitation on liability shall also apply in the event that images are lost through equipment malfunction, the mail or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of the Editor(s). In the event that the Editor(s) fail(s) to perform for any other reason, such as illness, the Editor(s) shall not be liable for any amount in excess of their fee.
We recommend that you keep copies of the original media before sending it to us.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that permission has been sought for recordings to be made in a church or any other venue. |
