IMPORTANT:SHELF LIFE OF OUR DISC MEDIA

Individually produce D.V.D. and BluRay discs have a limited shelf life.

We are not responsible for this: it is a limitation of the technology.

Movie discs bought in stores do not suffer from these issues as they are produced using a different process but which is only viable for mass-produced discs.

Your player may still play commercially mass-produced discs where it will not play ours which are individually produced, perhaps because the laser diode in the player has weakened with use.

The shelf-life varies: some users report that discs burned in the 1990s are still readable whilst others have experienced read errors after two or three years.

Free software can be found online to back up your discs to computer file as a precaution against data loss.

This is worth doing because discs may soon no longer be in general use.
