Traditional Wedding Running Order 
     
   

All timings are approximate and we are very flexible ‐ talk to us about your plans.  

This describes a  typical day for us but if yours is different that’s great, 

just describe it to us. 
     
T – 2hrs   Arrival at Church or other Venue  Arrival and seating of guests
   
T   Record whole of ceremony including signing of register
   
T + 45’   Exit of couple
     
   

Then record: 

  • Venue décor inside and out (post boxes, decorations, mini‐events etc.) 
  • Reception with canapés : record cameos of guests and musician(s) if any 
  • Entry of guests into dining area for Wedding Breakfast 
  • Shots of guests seated 
  • Arrival of couple,‐ announced as Mr & Mrs NEWNAME 

We don’t record while guests are eating. 

It is a condition of booking that  refreshments be provided for our operators ‐ these do not have to be of the same standard as the wedding breakfast: it is just so that we  can be on hand at all times.  

3 – 5 Speeches / Toasts – everything recorded 

Cutting of the cake 

First Dance and Dance with Dad if this happens 

Songs  during which guests dance  20:30 (approximately) We leave.
